In memoriam

On Monday, May 29, 2023, we received the shocking news that our colleague, director and owner, Mr. Marcel Bindt has passed away. Marcel had been working at Lascentrum since its foundation in 1988 and became director/owner after the death of his father in 2003.

Marcel built Lascentrum into the allround welding technical wholesaler of today with a lot of energy and passion for 35 years. Marcel was a unique and creative entrepreneur and was always looking for new products and markets that were available in the welding world. His great involvement in his work, but also his good care for his staff will remain anchored in our memory.

Supported by his wife Patricia Bindt, we will now continue without Marcel as a very close team, with Marcel always connected to Lascentrum. In thought, as a voice in the back of our head and in the way we continue Lascentrum. We are going to miss our beloved director and friend very much!
