SF-70MX is a semi-metal type flux cored wire for flat and horizontal fillet welding of mild steel and 490 MPa class high-tensile steels. It is widely used in shipbuilding, structural fabrication, and transportation equipment. Designed for welding with 100% CO₂ shielding gas, it provides a soft and stable arc, good penetration, low spatter loss, and excellent bead appearance.
Compared to solid wires, SF-70MX delivers higher efficiency, better arc stability, and superior anti-porosity performance, making it suitable for applications requiring consistent weld quality and productivity.
