Scotch-Brite™ Radial Bristle Disc RB-ZB is a disc that uses 3M ceramic abrasive grain and shaped, flexible brushes. Provides more surface contact than wire brushes and retains its abrasive properties for the entire lifespan of disc. Our fast spinning disc removes paint, stains, glue, weld scorch, rust, heavy oxides and surface contamination from large surfaces.
Use the high-speed Scotch-Brite™ Radial Bristle Abrasive Brush to efficiently remove paint, stains, stickers, weld burns, rust, heavy oxides and surface contamination from large surfaces. Our durable abrasive brushes are designed to sharpen quickly and last longer than wire and other abrasive discs. They work well on aluminium, brass, bronze, carbon steel, cast iron, stainless steel and other metals. They are recommended for general applications in industry, aerospace, the automotive sector, metalworking and transportation. They use moulded flexible bristles that provide more surface contact than wire brushes and stay securely in place under gentle pressure to help you achieve the exact finish you want. Our discs feature a 3M ceramic alumina blend, a high-performance ceramic designed to increase grain toughness and durability. This ceramic alumina blend is designed to break down regularly in order to provide a faster cutting speed and longer lifespan than alumina abrasives. Ceramic abrasive grains have been specially developed for applications at very high temperatures and stress. . Scotch-Brite abrasives are unique surface conditioning products that combine abrasive grains with non-woven fibre materials to create an abrasive system that delivers consistent results for the entire lifespan of the product. The open web material remains cool during use and is clog-resistant. This prevents the fibres from becoming clogged as quickly, ensuring the abrasive minerals continue to perform at a high level.
